bzr-pqm software package provides bzr plugin to submit an email to a Patch Queue Manager, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bzr-pqm
bzr-pqm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bzr-pqm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bzr-pqm *
You will get with bzr-pqm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
